Cancellation & Booking Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Each session is prepared with intention, and your booking prevents another client from reserving that time. Thank you for honoring this commitment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide the following notice:

• Inner Child Healing Sessions: At least 48 hours notice.
• Divine Light Healing Sessions: At least 24 hours notice.

Requests received within these timeframes may be rescheduled without penalty.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice may be charged 100% of the session fee. Exceptions may be made in the event of emergencies at my discretion.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full session fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so as not to impact other clients. If time permits, I will do my best to provide the full session, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Policy

Once a session has taken place, fees are non-refundable. If you have purchased a package, unused sessions may only be refunded if required by applicable consumer protection laws or as otherwise stated in your purchase agreement.

Practitioner Cancellation

In the unlikely event that I need to reschedule your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available appointment or a full refund if a suitable alternative cannot be arranged.

Emergency Exceptions

I understand that unexpected emergencies can happen. If circumstances beyond your control arise, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
